Wedding

The weekend of October 24th we went back to San Francisco for my cousin Therin's wedding. I found a steal of a deal on Hotwire.
4 STAR Hotel: Our Bedroom
The center of the hotel was a huge atrium - 10 stories tall. It had all sorts of fauna. The continental breakfast area. Wow - it was quite a breakfast! Pancakes, waffles, omelets, pastries, sausage etc!Lobby

Friday:
Dad and Mom came and picked us up from our hotel. We headed down to the wharf to Ghirardelli Square. I wanted mom (and me) to get some chocolate. :)
Me and my handsome husband
My cute parents

Pretty flowers on the wharf.
A building from downtown. I love the flags. Some skinny bum waiting to be picked up at the airport ;) Love ya sis :)

Could ya' guess they are brothers?
Therin and Tami enjoying the little people.
The cake - After we ate a delicious piece, we found out it was made by a 17 year old. She has a great future in cake making!!! How sweet! Therin and Tami - they left in her brothers truck.
Our Driver and Navigator
This road was soooo crooked!
We went down it 4 times. (Not by mistake)
A great view at the south end of the crooked road.

Sunday:
We had extra time so we stopped for a few minutes to watch these balloons lift off. It was a mystical view as the sun rose.
Success: In the air.
Happy crew with exceptional coffee. Calistoga Roastery
A beautiful show piece at a vineyard. Drive by photo.
Sad but smiling crew. By, By sissy. See you at Thanksgiving!
After we dropped sissy off at the airport we went for a quick drive to the Point Bonita Lighthouse.
Armory
Golden Gate. The way the fog rolled over the hills was incredible.
Another shot.
To get to the Point Bonita Lighthouse you have to cross a suspension bridge.
The ridge under the suspension bridge looks to be inches wide.
To get to the Lighthouse we had to go through a tunnel. It was originally created to get the light through to the lighthouse around 1877. The rest of the way is over a 4 foot wide path.
The Three Stooges :) (on a wider portion of the trail!)
A view from the top. If you look close you can see the trim around the door to the tunnel.

Ahhhhh...San Francisco trips. So, was this one better than last? I don't see how it could have been! Bottom line, did you get in a fight at the airport? :)
